In El Paso, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across Texas, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. El Paso is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around El Paso is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Allen and I stopped at Salt + Honey Bakery Cafe for breakfast while visiting El Paso, and we really enjoyed it! I ordered the croissant French toast with fresh strawberries and blueberries. It was beautifully presented, sweet without being overwhelming, and absolutely delicious. Allen chose a hearty breakfast plate with eggs, breakfast meats, toast, and black beans, which he also enjoyed. The cafe has a bright, modern, and welcoming atmosphere that makes it a lovely place to relax over breakfast and coffee. The portions were generous, the food was fresh, and everything looked as good as it tasted. We’re so glad we stopped and would definitely recommend it!

Fun atmosphere. Good and unique food. Nice to try something different. London fog is super great. I loved the honey and cheese fries option . Validate for parking inside. The bathroom is outside the restaurant inside the building. It's nice .

I had the most amazing experience at Salt + Honey! I ordered the chicken and waffles, and it was phenomenal. Both the chicken and the waffle itself have a little kick to them, so if you aren't used to a bit of spice, just a heads-upβ€”but it is super good and I definitely recommend trying it! The overall vibe of the place was amazing, but what really made the experience stand out was Sammy. All the staff were so energized, full of great energy, and incredibly considerate throughout my visit. Exceptional food and top-tier service. I will definitely be back!

First time trying this place, and it did not disappoint. Everything was a pleasant experience. We ask for recommendations to our waitress and she pointed us to the Salt and Honey latte: delicious, it was the perfect blend between sweetness and a pinch of salt. I tried the Aquilles Heels, in verde sauce. This wasn't my typical green salsa, it was something I've never had but totally liked and the portion was very generous. Definitely a place I will be coming back to try the many options left in the menu. Thank you for such wonderful first impression!

This place is very fancy and tasty, I like to come here when I can take my time to eat my meal and enjoy my coffee. It has a great variety of flavors if you are looking for something unique to eat, also ask the waiter to recommend something, they always hit the spot. Service is exceptional, their staff is very professional, they care and provide great service. πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
